We are a local supermarket based in Kuala Lumpur, specializing in fresh produce, vegetables, daily groceries, and Chinese food ingredients. We operate our own delivery fleet to serve our customers directly.

• By using our online store, you agree to these terms.
• All products (especially fresh produce) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.
• Prices are listed in MYR (RM) and may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

• We collect basic information (name, contact, address) solely for order processing and delivery.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except for payment gateways (senangPay/DOKU) and delivery logistics.
• Data is stored securely and used in compliance with Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Seller-Friendly)

• Fresh Produce: Due to the perishable nature of vegetables, fruits, and fresh food, we generally do not accept returns or refunds after delivery.
• Quality Issues: If items are damaged or rotten upon receipt, please take a photo within 2 hours of delivery and contact us. We will offer a replacement or store credit (at our discretion).
• Own Delivery: We handle our own deliveries. Delivery times are estimates; delays due to traffic/weather are not liable for refund. Delivery fee is non-refundable.
• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before the delivery vehicle departs. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
• Packaging: Minor variations in weight (e.g., vegetables sold by weight) are acceptable per industry standard.
• We reserve the final interpretation right of these policies.
